The Debt Hit List
Which debt to kill first — and the exact month you're free. Nothing is saved, nothing is sent, and nobody sees it but you.
List what you owe
Every debt with a balance. Credit cards, car loans, student loans, medical bills, the money you borrowed from your brother-in-law. Leave the rate at 0 if there isn't one.
| What is it | Balance | Rate (APR) | Minimum | Remove |
|---|
What can you add?
On top of the minimums — anything you can throw at this every month. If you ran the Reality Check, this is your leftover number. If it's zero right now, that's fine. Put zero and look at what it costs you.
Add at least one debt with a balance and a minimum payment.

The kill order
Avalanche vs. snowball, since you'll hear both
Neither one is wrong. Avalanche saves more money. Snowball gets you a win sooner, and a win you can feel keeps people going when a spreadsheet won't. If you've quit before, take the snowball. Finishing beats optimizing.
What waiting costs you
That date is not a fantasy
It's arithmetic. The hard part was never the math — it's staying on the plan in month seven when nothing feels different yet. That's the part I help with.
No shame. No bullshit. Just numbers.
