Twenty years of banking experience

No compensation from third parties

Money Unfiltered receives no commissions, referral fees, kickbacks, or compensation of any kind from any financial institution, lender, insurer, or product provider. Clients are the only source of revenue. If that ever changes, it will be disclosed prominently and immediately.

The calculators are estimates

The Reality Check and the Debt Hit List perform straightforward arithmetic on the figures you enter. They assume interest rates and payment amounts remain constant, and they do not account for fees, promotional rates, variable rate changes, differences in how lenders compound interest, late or missed payments, changes to your income, or any other real-world variable.

Payoff dates and interest totals they produce are approximations for planning purposes, not commitments or predictions. Always verify against your actual statements and loan agreements. Do not make a significant financial decision based only on the output of a free calculator — including mine.

No guaranteed outcomes

Financial coaching cannot and does not guarantee that you will get out of debt, reach a savings target, improve your credit score, increase your income, or achieve any other specific result. Outcomes depend on factors including your income, expenses, creditors, health, employment, and choices, most of which are outside my control and some of which are outside yours. Individual results vary considerably.

You make the decisions

Coaching is advisory. You retain full control of and full responsibility for your accounts, your money, and your decisions. I never take custody of client funds, never have access to your accounts, never make transactions on your behalf, and never contact your creditors for you.
